What have I done so far? 

 

During the past 20 years i have been in charge of several projects, and am grateful to have been involved in such projects and learning experiences. I feel my skills as a businessperson have grown through those projects and it will be something i can draw upon in the future. 

 

The key to a successful project is Communication and  planning. Creating a project plan is the first thing you should do when undertaking any kind of project.

Project : Fêtes de Genève( Biggest festival in Switzerland) Position : PM Duration : 12 months Scope : With more than 200 craftmakers, careful management is required to ensure the event running seamlessly for three weeks Project : From registration, to contracting, invoicing (more than 500 invoices) and general handling and also automatic system to take care of our VIP to manage registration for events and fireworks.

Position : PM Duration : 3 months Scope : With thousands of contacts it was necessary to create customized newsletters for targeted customers Project : Developing the newsletter, organizing marketing automation and workflow through our tool : Flexmail. Results : Four times a year, we are now sending customized and smarphone optimized newsletters to more than 15000 clients worldwide and much more

Position : PM Duration : 12 months With more 500 business leads for Geneva (congresses from now to 2022), The Convention Bureau needs to have a proper tool to follow all those leads. We implement a sales tool to deal with the common sales processus Prospect>Opportunity>Propose>Commitment>Won. We develop also an extranet for 125 Hôtels.

Consider that content is the knowledge of the company, which means that we must have strategies to ensure reuse, deliver content to multiple devices. Create content that is interactive, advance the use of structured content across the enterprise, and ensure high quality and security.

Position : PM Duration : 12 months Scope : With more 200'000 visitors a the Tourism Centre, this department has now the support of a search engine in order to suggest qualified products and activities for incoming tourists. Project : developing the search engine, creating qualified content.
